VIDEO WINDOW
ISSUE: THE STREAM KEEPS BUFFERING OR NOT PLAYING SMOOTHLY. ​​

Click on the cog icon bottom right of the video window and change the quality to AUTO. If this does not help please refresh the browser window. You may be trying to force the stream to display in a higher quality than your broadband can smoothly deliver.

ISSUE: THE PICTURE QUALITY IS POOR
Click on the cog icon bottom right of the video window and change the quality to 1080 or the highest number shown. This will then lift the stream quality to high definition. If you then experience any buffering please see above.

ISSUE: I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING

​Some web browsers do not allow the sound to play without you unmuting manually first. If this is the case you should see a warning message at the top of the video window that prompts you to unmute. If you don't see this click on the speaker icon bottom right to turn on the sound and ensure you PC speakers or headphones are turned up.

HOW DO I ASK A QUESTION?
Click your mouse in the 'Ask a question' or chat box. Type your question then click SEND.

WILL MY QUESTION BE ASKED AT THE EVENT?
The event moderator will aim to answer as many questions as possible in the time allowed.
